About Alpha Marriage Course

The Alpha Marriage Course is a seven-session program designed to help married couples strengthen their relationship and deepen their connection. Developed in 1996 by Nicky and Sila Lee, the course provides practical tools for couples at any stage of their journey, whether they have been together for months or decades.

The Seven Sessions
The program covers a specific curriculum aimed at key areas of relationship health: 
  1. Strengthening Connection: Understanding each other's needs.
  2. The Art of Communication: Learning to listen and express feelings effectively.
  3. Resolving Conflict: Methods for healthy disagreement.
  4. The Power of Forgiveness: Recovering from past hurts.
  5. The Impact of Family: Recognizing how upbringing influences current relationship dynamics.
  6. Good Sex: Developing physical and emotional intimacy.
  7. Love in Action: Putting learned tools into long-term practice.
There will be an eighth extra session in which we gather for a meal and recap to see how the Lord is working in and thru your marriage.
